The Declare IHC (Integrated Headset Compression) Forks from Blunt are a 1 piece cold forged Alu threadless fork with a built in compression.The cold forge gives the fork an incredible strength, however still allowing these forks to come in at an insane 290 grams. The compression is similar to HIC but connects directly to your threadless headset by replacing the compression ring.
