Here at DoggScooters we are very proud of our super efficient and reliable Dispatch and Delivery service. Our guys in the warehouse will lovingly pack your order with all the care and attention it deserves, before being Dispatched within 24 Hours to the exact address that you provide us with.


We offer the following 2 Delivery services on all orders, to ensure you get maximum Value for Money and a service that suits your needs:


Option 1) Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery


The Delivery Charge for using Royal Mail 1st Class depends on the weight and size of the products you are ordering. For a Shipping Quote, add your desired products to your basket and click the 'Estimate Shipping' button.

Delivery Time = 1 to 2 Working Days

Cost = £ (Dependant on Weight and Size of Package)

Option 2) Interlink Express - 1 to 2 Working Day Delivery


Interlink Express are a premium-service UK courier. We choose to use Interlink Express because of their high level of service, and reliability. Orders over £50 in Value will receive Interlink Express delivery FREE OF CHARGE! Otherwise, the cost of this Delivery Service to UK addresses will be just £4.95.

Delivery Time = 1 to 2 Working Days

Cost = £4.95 (FREE if order value is over £50)

 

Option 3) UPS (International only) - 4 to 8 Working Day Delivery


UPS are a premium-service international logistics company that we are very proud to be working with for all of our International Shipments. UPS are well known for their reliability, speed and quality of service. If you live outside of the UK, this option will be available to you at the Checkout.

Delivery Time = 4  to 8 Working Day

Cost = £ (Dependant on Weight and Size of Package)




 



Our Returns Policy



All products sold on DoggScooters.com are carefully selected by experienced riders for their quality, usability and prices. We only sell items that we believe to be of the highest quality available to each skill level. Before we put new products on sale, we go through a vigorous process of testing with our Team Riders and inspections from our Technicians, to ensure the standard of quality in products that we sell is always the best available.

But we cannot guarantee a lifetime on products sold on DoggScooters.com as maintenance and care will play a big part in the lifetime of your products. We’ve created Scootipedia to help our customers understand the correct methods of maintaining your Scooter to a high standard. CLICK HERE. As with any extreme sport, we are aware that products go through a varied amount of abuse, depending on the rider’s skill level, weight and environment.

Note: We cannot refund Postage costs either incurred by ourselves or our customers unless deemed our responsibility, all Returns postage costs are at the expense of the customer unless agreed with us prior to return. If you have received free shipping from us and are deciding to return products we will minus our shipping costs from any refunds given.

We will always do everything within our power to help our customers have a good experience in purchasing and using products bought from our company. So we have created a detailed Returns Policy to help you understand exactly what we can do for you, should the need arise.

Manufacturers Warranty

If your product is broken or faulty and you believe this is due to Manufacturers Defects, you can use our Returns Procedure to send the product/s back to us along with our Returns Form. Once we have received your item/s, we will contact the Manufacturer of that particular product and request a replacement or refund. Every brand and product will have its own Manufacturer’s Warranty which may vary. So we cannot promise success on this method, but we are more than willing to fight your corner in getting you a replacement or refund.

If your broken/damaged product is outside the DoggScooters Warranty period, and you wish to file a claim for Manufacturers Faults, simply click here to download and fill in our Returns Form and post it along with the product to this address.

Items Damaged/Faulty on Arrival


If you have received product/s from us that are Damaged or Faulty on arrival, you will need to inform us within 5 days of purchase date in order to claim a full refund or replacement. Please note, as soon as the product is used of fitted to a Scooter, we cannot under any circumstances accept a claim of ‘Faulty/Damaged on Arrival’ so we strongly advise all customers to carefully check the quality of products before they are used or fitted.

As long as your claim is received within this period, and your product has not been used or fitted in any way, we will be more than happy to have the item returned to us for a full refund or replacement. If your claim has been accepted by our Returns Department, we will be happy to refund the postage cost incurred for returning the product, so long as the amount is deemed reasonable. This will be at the discretion of DoggScooters Ltd. If the postage amount is over £5.00- (for example, larger items such as Decks, Handlebars or Scooters) please contact us on 01392 911032 and we will arrange a Collection from your address with our Couriers (Interlink Express).

If you change your mind


If you have received a product and you have changed your mind, you will need to inform us within 5 days of receiving your order to claim a full refund or replacement. Products must be in new condition with all original packaging intact. If the product has been used or damaged in any way it will be down to our discretion you will receive a partial refund for the value we believe it to be once goods are received back to us.

Once you have informed us that you have changed your mind, you will have to return the product/s to our address (at your expense) along with our Returns Form less any additional shipping costs that may be incurred
