Our Returns Policy
All products sold on DoggScooters.com are carefully selected
by experienced riders for their quality, usability and prices. We only sell
items that we believe to be of the highest quality available to each skill level.
Before we put new products on sale, we go through a vigorous process of testing
with our Team Riders and inspections from our Technicians, to ensure the
standard of quality in products that we sell is always the best available.
But we cannot guarantee a lifetime on products sold on
DoggScooters.com as maintenance and care will play a big part in the lifetime
of your products. We’ve created Scootipedia to help our customers understand

As with any extreme sport, we are aware that products go through a varied
amount of abuse, depending on the rider’s skill level, weight and environment.
We will always do everything within our power to help our customers have a good experience in purchasing and using products bought from our company. So we have created a detailed Returns Policy to help you understand exactly what we can do for you, should the need arise.
We are pleased to offer our customers a Warranty across
particular products purchased from DoggScooters.com. Please see the list below

If your product is broken or faulty and you believe this is due
to Manufacturers Defects, you can use our Returns Procedure to send the
product/s back to us along with our Returns Form. Once we have received your
item/s, we will contact the Manufacturer of that particular product and request
a replacement or refund. Every brand and product will have its own Manufacturer’s
Warranty which may vary. So we cannot promise success on this method, but we
are more than willing to fight your corner in getting you a replacement or
If your broken/damaged product is outside the DoggScooters Warranty period, and you wish to file a claim for Manufacturers Faults, simply click here to download and fill in our Returns Form and post it along with the product to this address.
Items Damaged/Faulty on Arrival
As long as your claim is received within this period, and
your product has not been used or fitted in any way, we will be more than happy
to have the item returned to us for a full refund or replacement. If your claim
has been accepted by our Returns Department, we will be happy to refund the
postage cost incurred for returning the product, so long as the amount is
deemed reasonable. This will be at the discretion of DoggScooters Ltd. If the
postage amount is over £5.00- (for example, larger items such as Decks, Handlebars or Scooters) please contact us on 01392 911032 and we will arrange a
Collection from your address with our Couriers (Interlink Express).

If you have received a product and you have changed your mind, you will need to inform us within 5 days of receiving your order to claim a full refund or replacement. Products must be in new condition with all original packaging intact. If the product has been used or damaged in any way it will be down to our discretion you will receive a partial refund for the value we believe it to be once goods are received back to us.
Once you have informed us that you have changed your mind, you will have to return the product/s to our address (at your expense) along with our Returns Form less any additional shipping costs that may be incurred
