Here at DoggScooters we are very proud of our super efficient and reliable Dispatch and Delivery service. Our guys in the warehouse will lovingly pack your order with all the care and attention it deserves, before being Dispatched within 24 Hours to the exact address that you provide us with.


We offer the following 2 Delivery services on all orders, to ensure you get maximum Value for Money and a service that suits your needs:


Option 1) Royal Mail 1st Class - Recorded Delivery


The Delivery Charge for using Royal Mail 1st Class depends on the weight and size of the products you are ordering. For a Shipping Quote, add your desired products to your basket and click the 'Estimate Shipping' button.

Delivery Time = 1 to 2 Working Days

Cost = £ (Dependant on Weight and Size of Package)

Option 2) Interlink Express - Next Day


Interlink Express are a premium-service UK courier. We choose to use Interlink because of their high level of service, and reliability. Orders over £50 in Value will be able to choose Interlink Express delivery FREE OF CHARGE! Otherwise, the cost of this Delivery Service to UK addresses will be just £3.95.

Delivery Time = 1 Working Day

Cost = £3.95 (FREE if order value is over £50)



Returns Policy

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from DoggScooters.com. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. We will issue a full refund within 30 days of cancellation.
