To find the status of an order you have placed, please log into your account. Here is some information about each Order Status:

Pending Payment
Your order has been placed but we have not been able to process your payment, we recommend you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Preparing for Dispatch
Your order has been placed and your payment has been received successfully. It has not yet been Picked by the warehouse, but this should take place within the next 24 working hours.

Order in Packing/Assembly
Your order is currently being Picked, Packed/Assembled, Quality Controlled and will be Dispatched from our warehouse shortly.

Order Dispatched
Your order has been Dispatched and will arrive with you shortly! If you have selected Interlink Express as your courier, click here to track your order. You'll just need to enter your Postcode and Order Number.

Your order has been Cancelled, either because you requested a refund, returned your items, or some other reason.

There is a delay with your order for some reason. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Products that are 'Out of stock' are not available with from the supplier. We don't know what date products come back in, so we recommend checking back on our website regularly.

Please use our Custom Builder to determine whether 2 parts are compatible. If the product isn't on there, we cannot advise on compatibility. If you purchase a product that isn't compatible you are always welcome to return it for a full refund.

We have a very thorough quality control process on all products before they are dispatched. But if your product does arrive damaged in any way, please get in touch with us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement.

If your item breaks within the first 30 days, please follow our Returns Procedure. In most cases, we should be able to provide a partial refund or replacement at the very least.

If your item breaks after 30 days, we still encourage that you follow our Returns Procedure. There is a small chance of us being able to help with a full refund or replacement, but we should still be able to help in some way.

This is normally caused by dirt or moisture in the bearings. We recommend cleaning the bearings out, or replacing them. Remember to keep your bearings well lubricated at all times.

First of all, it is normal for compression systems on scooters to come loose over time. The amount of time can vary, depending on usage and compression type.

When your compression does come loose, here are some basic instructions of how to tighten them back up:

SCS (Standard Compression System):

1) Carefully undo ALL of bolts on the side of the SCS clamp.
2) Slide the bars out of the clamp
3) Tighten the compression bolt which is inside the SCS clamp. This will pull the fork and the clamp together.

HIC (Hidden Internal Compression) / IHC (Internal Hidden Compression):

1) Carefully undo ALL of the bolts on the side of the clamp.
2) Slide the bars and clamp off the fork.
3) Tighten the compression bolt which is on top of the fork. This will pull the fork and the HIC together.

ICS (Internal Compression System):

1) Carefully undo ALL of the bolts on the side of the clamp.
2) Carefully undo the front axle and take off the front wheel.
3) Tighten the ICS bolt which is up inside the Fork tube. This will pull the fork and the handlebars together.

Uh oh, that's not good! If you've had your scooter for less than 7 days, we recommend that you get in touch with us so we can help you out.

If you've had your scooter for longer than 7 days, there is not really much we can do, other than advise on replacement parts you may need.

We strongly recommend that you use good tools, and are accompanied by an adult when doing anything to your scooter. They are expensive and strong, but still easy to break if you don't know what you're doing.

Well that should never happen! But if it does we recommend that you let us know as soon as possible.
