When will you ship my order?


The cut off for orders to be shipped the same day is 2PM.

Please note that our cut off time for orders to be dispatched the same business day is 2PM for all items, EXCLUDING Custom builds which will need to be ordered by 1PM. All orders placed after these times will aim to be dispatched the following business day.

We try our best to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, however during busy periods please be aware that this may take slightly longer. Any orders which are cancelled after the daily cut off time may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
